Our experienced team have been bringing exceptional events to life for well over a decade.  It all started in the theatre, we have then since grown to provide technical solutions for all sorts of events , and as we grew we were able add to added multiple offerings to our events solutions including management, and event photography and videography. Despite being based in Bristol, we frequently travel to the surrounding areas, London, Cardiff and other UK cities to deliver our services.

Event development and management

Memorable events don’t just happen; they take planning, conception and strict management on the day. It can be stressful, but that’s why we exist.

We have the expertise to manage your event on your behalf, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the day or evening without worrying about what’s happening behind the scenes.

To get started, we meet with every one of our clients to discuss initial ideas. We’ll then go away and put together a proposal based on what you want to achieve, with a little of our own flare, and come back to you. As soon as you’re happy, we’ll kick into gear and get ready to get your event off the ground.

On the day, or days, of your event, our team will be on-site, at your venue, to manage everything from design to lighting and sound. You won’t need to do a thing.

Event photography and videography

What’s the point of putting on an event if you have nothing to remember it by? That’ll never be the case with our event photography and videography services.

When you book our photographer, videographer  or qualified commercial drone pilot for your event, they’ll meet with you beforehand to make sure they know exactly what it is you want on the night. Then, we’ll manage them throughout the event to make sure you get the snaps and visual you want.

We have extensive experience capturing photos and videos – including managing post-production – for use on social media, as well as privately.
